	UtilityONE analyzes our client's utility charges. Bills are audited and organized, usage analyzed and errors identified. UtilityONE will then make cost savings recommendations for the services you have selected to audit on a "one pass" or on-going basis.
	UtilityONE offers professional assistance in areas of utility & telecommunications cost reduction to improve our client's bottom line. We realize that company's concentrate on their main business and utility & telecom costs can become confusing and time consuming. UtilityONE begins by meeting with the appropriate personnel in order to gain familiarity with the organization and determine their needs. We then perform an audit of their detailed billing history. This audit takes place at our facility, which in most cases involves no interruption to the client. UtilityONE's staff verifies the accuracy of each bill looking for incorrect billing, computer or human errors, improper taxes and outdated or incorrect tariffs. This often results in refunds.
